Diversity is an integral part of the Talk Human philosophy. After all, different types of people mean different types of thinking (and talking). The result: big ideas that move the needle for your brand and your business. Needless to say, we work hard to maintain a diverse working environment. We even have a Diversity Council to ensure we’re doing everything we can to attract and retain a diverse workforce in terms of race, color, religion, age, gender, lifestyle, sexual orientation, national orientation and physical disabilities.
Some of the recent Diversity Council activities include:
- Creation of an Affinity Group for the millennial generation: At EMA we know that the fastest growing sector in the workforce is unique.
- Implementation of diversity surveys and bias self-evaluations
- A Diversity Supplier Program including a database of MWBE (Minority and Women-owned Business Enterprises)
- Diversity training with video and group discussions
